We never set a long-term goal. We had emotion, conviction and strength to take each of the steps that were proposed and so, little by little, a path was drawn. A path that is very similar to life. Full of illusions but also of obstacles, of exquisite aromas and also of disappointments. More than thirty years later, we are moved by the same emotion, now supported by a life project that sustains and drives us every day. Happy to walk the road.
