Dios romano de la arquitectura, de las puertas,  los inicios y cambios.

Tiene dos caras, una mira hacía el futuro y lo otra al pasado.

Esta instalación escultórica está constituida por la intervención en dos puertas del zaguán.

A mano izquierda, una puerta doble en marmól “ocean drive” y espejo, pivotante, tiene un movimiento de cerrar y abrir, girando sobre si misma. Se desdobla, multiplicando posibilidades de lectura, al mismo tiempo que integra el espacio circundante.

Al fondo del zaguán, sobre la otra apertura, una plancha de granito “marinace palladio”, compuesta por un aglomerado de distintas piedras y colores, mimetiza la arquitectura de su entorno, que está constituida por distintos, materiales y tiempos de edificación.

Jano, es el dios de los inicios. Enero está dedicado a él.

Roman God of architecture, doors, beginnings and transitions.

He has two faces, one looking forwards and the other backwards.

This sculptural installation consists in the intervention in two doors of the entrance hall.

On the left hand, a double door in marble “ocean drive” and mirror, pivoting, has a closing and opening movement, rotating on itself. It unfolds, multiplying reading possibilities, while integrating the surrounding space.

At the back of the hall, over the other opening, a granite slab “marinace palladio”, composed of an agglomerate of different stones and colours, mimics the architecture and its environment, wich consists of different materials and building times.

Janus is the God of beginnings. January is dedicated to him.
