This wine comes from two bush-trained vineyards over 70 years old, located in Fuentemolinos and Roa, on calcareous sandy soils with gravel. The harvest took place on October 3rd, 2023; it fermented in open French oak vats, underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel, and completed 14 months of ageing.

From this collaboration between Viñedos de Matallana and Fundación Atrio Cáceres, only 1,103 bottles have been produced. 100% of the proceeds from its sale are entirely allocated to its cultural and educational projects.
